Reporting to an Area Services Vice President, Chris will manage the service delivery activities in Texas. He will ensure that all service (installation, maintenance, etc.) activities operate at optimum efficiency and that a constantly high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. He is responsible for the productivity, expense levels, and asset management of the region, ensuring that overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards are realistically set and attained.

He is also responsible for achieving revenue and expense objectives, maintaining optimum level and mix of spare parts inventory, and reviewing contracts to ensure agreements are being met. He will maintain communications with customers and sales and systems organizations to support customer requirements, submit performance appraisals, and define the goals and objectives of the immediate work unit.
